When to call now and when it can wait until morning
Call straight away
- Water is coming up onto the floor from the toilet, bathtub or floor drain.
- Water rises by itself while you are not using any — the shared riser is blocked and every neighbour’s drain flows to you.
- The well in the yard is overflowing.
- The drains in a café or restaurant have stopped during opening hours.
Can wait until morning — and costs less
- One sink or bathtub drains slowly, everything else is fine.
- There is a second bathroom in the home.
- Water is standing but not rising, and you can manage without water until morning.

What to do while the technician is on the way
- Don’t use water — don’t flush, don’t run the washing machine or dishwasher: every drain raises the water.
- Blockage in the shared riser — warn the neighbours above not to drain water until the technician arrives.
- Clear things off the floor and put rags around the toilet and floor drain.
- Don’t pour in chemicals — they won’t get through standing water, and the technician would have to work in caustic water.
- A well in the yard — don’t open the cover and keep children away.
- Have light and water ready — the technician needs a socket for the cable machine; in the building, access to the basement or the cleanout, if you know who has the key.
What an emergency call-out costs
In the daytime — the usual price from the table. In the evening and at night the technician comes outside working hours, so the price is higher. Weekends cost the same as weekdays.

Do you really come at night?
Yes, round the clock and every day of the week, anywhere in Tbilisi. At night we arrive the same way — within an hour.
What does drain cleaning cost at night?
50% more than the daytime price from 22:00 to 9:00, and 25% more in the evening from 18:00 to 22:00. For example, a blocked toilet at night is 370 ₾. We state the total by phone before we set off.
Do you work at weekends, and does it cost more?
We do, and in the daytime at weekends the price is the same as on weekdays. Only evenings and nights cost more.
Can it wait until morning?
If the water is not rising and you can manage without that fixture until morning — yes, and it costs less. If water is coming up onto the floor or rising by itself — call straight away.
The shared riser blocked at night — who pays?
The same as in the daytime: the floor with the blockage and every floor above. After the job we send photos and the final amount on WhatsApp — you can show the neighbours in the morning.
You run a café — will you come after closing?
Yes, night is the most convenient time: the place does not have to close. The price follows the night rate.
