Until the technician arrives: don’t use water — no sink, bath or toilet: whatever you drain comes out of the lowest drain. If water is already on the floor, mop it up and put down rags.

Rules
The price depends only on the work, not on your home. On site the price changes only by a line of this table, and only before work starts.
Included: inspection, cable clearing of the pipe through the toilet, a cleanout or the bath outlet, and a check of every drain.
Not included: opening a boxed-in pipe or tiles if there is no other way in, or replacing pipes — we quote that before starting.
We need electricity and water on site — for the electric cable machine and to test the drain.

Why the flat’s pipe gets blocked

How do I tell if the blockage is mine or in the shared stack?
If water rises on its own when you aren’t using it, the shared stack is blocked. If only when you drain, it’s your pipe. Not sure — describe it on the phone and we’ll tell you.
Why is it more than clearing a sink?
The blockage is further and deeper: it takes a long cable and a check of every drain, not one. But the price is single — 350 ₾ for the whole pipe, however many drains are blocked.
Do you need to open a boxed-in pipe or tiles?
Usually not: we go in through the toilet or a cleanout. If there is no other way, we tell you and quote the price before starting.
The blockage came back — what now?
