When to call at night instead of waiting for morning
Water is right at the rim, rising without flushing, or already on the floor and may leak to the neighbours below — call right away. We arrive within an hour, at night too. We'll name the price on the phone straight away.
Before the technician arrives: don't flush again and close the tank's water supply valve — it's on the side, under the tank. If water is already on the floor, mop it up and lay rags around the toilet.

The price depends only on the work, not on your home. On site the price changes only by a line of this table, and only before work starts.

Not included: replacing the flexible connector, the seal or the toilet itself — that's a separate job; we'll name the price before starting.
On site we need electricity and water — for the cable machine and to test the drain.

What we usually pull out of toilets
Toilets don't clog because of a “bad pipe” but because of what gets flushed. Here's what we find most often.
- Wet wipes and tamponsThese are what we pull out most often: they don't break down like toilet paper, even if the pack says “flushable”, and they pack into a dense lump in the trapway.
- Cat litterClumping litter swells in water and sets into a dense plug.
- Pads, nappies, cotton budsThey swell in water and get stuck at the very first bend.
- Toys, caps, bottlesHard things don't dissolve and get stuck in the trapway. We get them out by hand, and if it's stuck deep — we remove the toilet.
- Food scraps and greaseSoup, oil and leftovers poured into the toilet settle in the trapway and catch everything else.
- Weak flushIn water-saving tanks and old toilets with scale in the trapway, there isn't enough water to push even paper through.
What you can try yourself — and when to stop
If the blockage is fresh and nothing hard fell in, a plunger is often enough. Here's what you can safely do yourself — and where it's better to stop.
You can
- A plunger, used properlyThere should be enough water in the bowl to cover the rubber cup. Press it over the outlet and make 10–15 sharp pulls towards you, not blows from above.
- Hot water with dish soapIf the plug is paper and the water isn't up to the rim: pour in a little dish soap, then hot but not boiling water, as much as fits; wait 15–20 minutes and flush.
Don't
- Boiling waterThe porcelain can crack from the temperature change.
- Chemicals when water is standingWith a plunger, the caustic solution splashes onto hands and face — and the technician has to work in that water later.
- Wire or a coat hangerThey scratch the trapway inside, and everything flushed later catches on the scratches.
- Flushing again “to test”The tank will pour several more litres into the bowl, and water will spill onto the floor.
When to stop: if 15 minutes with a plunger haven't helped, or something hard fell in — a toy, a cap, a phone — don't push it, call us. Once it's pushed further down the pipe, it's harder and more expensive to get out.

How much does toilet unclogging cost in Tbilisi?
Cable cleaning through the pan connector — 250 ₾. If the blockage can't be reached without removing the toilet, removing and refitting it is 250 ₾ — we'll say so before starting. That's the price for a standard case; we name it on the phone before coming out. Evenings (18–22) +25%, nights (22–9) +50%, weekends the same as weekdays. If we can't tell on the phone what's going on with the toilet, a call-out with inspection is 70 ₾, credited towards the work.
Does the toilet need to be removed?
Usually not: we detach the pan connector and clear it with a cable, and the toilet stays in place. We only have to remove it if something hard is stuck in the trapway that can't be got out otherwise. Then we'll tell you before starting and name the price.
A toy fell into the toilet — what should I do?
Don't flush and don't push it with a plunger or wire: while the object is in the trapway it can be taken out; from the pipe it's harder and more expensive. Don't use the toilet and call us — we'll tell you how soon we can arrive.
Why does the toilet keep clogging?
Most often because of what gets flushed: wet wipes, cat litter, pads. If only paper is flushed and blockages keep coming back, it's a weak flush or scale in the trapway. Sometimes the plug is further down, in the flat's pipe: then we clean the pipe, not the toilet.
Can I flush wet wipes and cat litter?
No, even if the pack says “flushable”. Wipes don't break down like paper, and clumping litter sets into a dense plug in water. Throw them in the bin — it's one of the most common causes of blockages.
The toilet clogged at night — will you come?
Yes, we work around the clock and arrive within an hour. At night the price is 50% higher — we'll name the total on the phone before coming out. If the water is at the rim, don't flush again and close the tank's water supply valve.
