Terms of Service
1. Definitions
1.1. Service — [LLC “___”], identification code [___], legal address [___], owner of the website kanalizaciisgawmenda24.ge.
1.2. Client — an individual or legal entity that has placed an order.
1.3. Technician — a specialist who carries out the work under the order and cooperates with the Service under a contract.
1.4. Order — drain cleaning, pumping, video inspection and related work agreed by the Client, with the price, address and time stated.
1.5. Price list — the list of prices published on the “Prices” page of the Site and in force when the Order is placed.
2. Subject and roles of the parties
2.1. These Terms govern how Orders placed through the Site, by phone or in messengers are placed, carried out and paid for.
2.2. The Service accepts requests, determines the price from the Price list, places the Order, passes it to a Technician, keeps the Client informed of progress and handles warranty claims and complaints. The work is carried out by the Technician; the contract for the work is concluded between the Client and the Technician through the Service, acting on behalf of and on the instructions of the Technician.
2.3. The Service may conclude a separate written contract with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; these Terms apply to matters it does not cover.
2.4. By placing an Order, the Client confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and the Price list.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. A request can be made by phone, through the form on the Site or in a messenger.
3.2. Based on the description of the problem, the Service determines the type of work and quotes the price from the Price list. If the type of work cannot be determined from the description, an inspection visit is offered (clause 4.6).
3.3. The Order is placed once the Client has agreed to the price and the arrival time. The Service sends a confirmation by WhatsApp or SMS [where technically possible].
3.4. The Client may cancel the Order free of charge no later than one hour before the agreed arrival time of the Technician. For a later cancellation, or if the Technician arrives but access to the work site is not provided, the Client pays for the call-out — 70 ₾ (subject to clause 4.2).
4. Price
4.1. The price is determined by the Price list in force when the Order is placed. For a standard job the full price of the work is stated, not a minimum.
4.2. For work carried out from 18:00 to 22:00, the price increases by 25%; from 22:00 to 9:00, by 50%. On weekends and public holidays the price does not increase. The total is rounded down to 10 ₾.
4.3. Work priced per metre of pipe or per cubic metre is calculated on the actual volume: the Technician measures it on site and states the total before starting.
4.4. If it turns out on site that the type of work differs from what was described when the Order was placed, the Technician states the price under the corresponding item of the Price list before starting. The Client may accept or decline. If the Client declines, they pay for an inspection visit — 70 ₾ (subject to clause 4.2).
4.5. Additional work (opening a boxing or tiles, removing and refitting a toilet, work beyond the agreed section) is done only with the Client’s prior consent and at the price stated before it starts.
4.6. An inspection visit, where the type of work cannot be determined from the description, costs 70 ₾; if the work is done during the same visit, this amount counts towards its price.
4.7. Once work has started, the agreed price does not change.
4.8. Call-outs outside Tbilisi are charged extra; the amount is stated when the Order is placed.
5. Timing
5.1. The estimated arrival time in Tbilisi is within an hour of placing an Order for electric cable cleaning. For hydro jetting, pumping, video inspection and out-of-town call-outs, the time is agreed when the Order is placed.
5.2. The arrival time is an estimate and may change because of traffic, weather and other circumstances beyond the Technician’s control. The Client is warned of any delay.
6. Client’s obligations
6.1. Provide the Technician with access to the work site, including the cleanout, basement or well, where necessary and within the Client’s control.
6.2. Provide electricity and water on site.
6.3. Share what is known about the pipes: material, previous repairs and blockages, concealed sections.
6.4. Ensure that an adult representative is present during the work.
7. Carrying out the work
7.1. The Technician chooses the method based on the nature of the blockage and the condition of the pipes; where several methods with different prices are possible, the Client chooses.
7.2. Finishes, boxings and pipes are opened only with the Client’s consent. Restoring finishes after opening is not included in the price.
7.3. If the condition of a pipe (wear, corrosion, cracks) creates a risk of damage during cleaning, the Technician warns the Client before starting; the work continues with the Client’s consent.
7.4. No chemical agents are used for cleaning.
8. Acceptance and payment
8.1. After the work, the Technician and the Client check together that the drains work and water flows away.
8.2. Payment is made after the work is done [in cash / by bank transfer / by the method stated when the Order was placed]. Legal entities pay by invoice under their contract.
8.3. After the Order is fulfilled, the Client receives a photo report and the final amount on WhatsApp.
9. Warranty
9.1. Blockage clearing carries a 3-day warranty from completion of the work.
9.2. If the blockage recurs in the same section within the warranty period, the Technician comes and clears it free of charge.
9.3. The warranty does not cover: blockages caused by objects and substances that entered the drains after the work; damage, deformation, sagging or reverse slope of the pipe; sections that were not cleaned; cases where the Client used chemicals or worked on the pipes themselves after the cleaning; [pumping of septic tanks and wells, grease trap cleaning — to be confirmed].
9.4. Warranty claims are accepted by phone, in a messenger or at admin@kanalizaciisgawmenda24.ge.
10. Liability
10.1. The Technician is liable for damage to the Client’s property caused through their fault during the work, in the manner established by the legislation of Georgia.
10.2. There is no liability for damage caused by wear or hidden defects of pipes of whose risk the Client was warned (clause 7.3), or for the consequences of force majeure.
10.3. These Terms do not limit the rights granted to a consumer Client by the consumer protection legislation of Georgia.
11. Photos and records
11.1. The Technician photographs the completed work and what was removed from the pipe for the Client’s photo report and for quality control. Photos are not published without the Client’s consent. Personal data are processed under the Privacy Policy.
