When the well needs cleaning
Check in the yard — it decides whether you need pumping or a pipe flush.

The price depends only on the work, not on your home. On site the price changes only by a line of this table, and only before work starts.

Not included: repairing the well, digging and replacing the pipe — a separate job.

Why the well and the pipe get blocked
The outside pipe and the well clog over years. Here is what we find most often.

How much does it cost to pump out a well?
Pumping is 30 ₾ per m³; the total depends on the volume. Flushing the pipe with hydro jetting is 50 ₾ per metre, over 100 m — 25 ₾ per metre. We give the total on the phone before we come.
What is the difference between a well and a septic tank?
Water passes through a well further on — into the city network or a septic tank; the well gives access to the pipe. A septic tank or cesspit is a holding tank: there is no way out, so it is pumped.
Whose is the manhole in the street?
City manholes in the street and the network behind them belong to GWP — they clean them themselves, free of charge. Ours are the wells and pipes on your plot, up to the city network.
How often should a septic tank be pumped?
It depends on the size of the tank and how many people live in the house. Describe it on the phone and we’ll advise.
How is flushing charged?
By the metre of pipe: 50 ₾ per metre, over 100 m — 25 ₾ per metre. We measure the length on site and give the total before starting. For example, a 15 m pipe is 750 ₾.
