- Digging up and replacing a pipe in the yard— we clean first, then decide whether a replacement is needed.
- Repairs to plumbing fixtures and wells
Needed on site: electricity and water — for the electric cable machine and the jetter.
When the price is different
- Evening (18:00–22:00) — +25%.
- Night (22:00–9:00) — +50%.
- Weekends — same as weekdays.
- Evening and night prices apply to every row, including the inspection visit and per-metre work. We round the total down to 10 ₾ — in your favour.
- The job differs from the phone description — for example, the blockage is not in the toilet but in the shared riser. The price follows another row of the table; the technician states it before starting.
- Hydro jetting and steel rod — per metre. The technician measures the pipe on site and states the total before starting. For example, a 15 m outside pipe by hydro jetting — 750 ₾.
Why we have no “from 50 ₾” price
Ads say “from 50 ₾”, and on site you hear a different figure. Cleaning with an electric cable machine and a drive across Tbilisi costs from 150–200 ₾ — nobody does it for less. We publish the full price of a standard job and quote it before we set off: no “from” and no surprises on site.
Who pays for the shared riser
A blockage in the shared riser is paid for by the apartments it affects: the floor where it is and every floor above. After the job we send a photo of what came out of the pipe and the final amount on WhatsApp — easy to show the neighbours.
